Drop looks with curiosity at innovative models that go beyond the classic pyramid and managerial approach. We have read about Holacracy, Self Management, Teal, Agile, Scrum, OKR, etc.
A culture is forming within us that constitutes the basis for a disciplined horizontal organisation, where each person enjoys the freedom necessary to unabling passion and encouraging commitment, in a work environment where we thrive for trust and hopefully enjoyment.
o evolve is not to ignore processes and structure but to incorporate them when moving towards a new structure of teams, committees and construction sites while actively involving micro-units made of people who do not respond to commands blindly but achieve shared objectives. We are overcoming the type of organisation based on control, zero error margin, rigid hierarchy and hard skills based roles, moving towards a new one where we can scale and be flexible, efficient and happy.
