With this goal in mind, Seletti has chosen Drop | e-business & love! as its strategic partner for a complete overhaul of its e-commerce platform.
The project, developed on Shopify Plus, resulted in the creation of a completely revamped platform with a sharp focus on optimizing UI/UX. Thanks to a design specifically crafted to enhance the user experience, Drop created an intuitive and modern interface that highlights the unique appeal of the brand’s products. Every element was designed to take users on an immersive journey, from iconic products to the latest collections.
In addition to front-end improvements, the project benefited from Drop's expert guidance on the back-end as well. This allowed the brand's team to manage critical operations, such as tax calculations, pricing and discount management, logistics and more, more smoothly and efficiently. The platform's performance optimization ensures fast and seamless navigation across all devices, increasing user time on site and improving conversion rates.
The true test of the e-commerce platform came during Black Friday, a crucial period for online sales, which took place just a few weeks after the new e-commerce launch. The results were remarkable: from 2023 to 2024, Seletti's key e-commerce KPIs doubled. Among the most significant data:
- Total sessions increased by +18%
- Average Order Value (AOV) grew by +13%
- Daily orders increased by +27%
