E-commerce: the new collaboration between GAS e Drop | e-business & love!

With the aim of dressing an authentic and evolving generation, GAS has created over time garments that blend industrial heritage, essentiality of shapes, quality of materials and innovation for a distinctive and eclectic look.

Drop | e-business & love! - commerce provider active for more than 20 years in the sector and recently joined the Horsa group - supports the brand  in the improvement and evolution of its online showcase.

Drop entered the project on an already active technological base, with two missions: improving the experience by taking charge of the platform and supporting the brand in operational and strategic management. Maintaining the Shopify Plus instance, we worked on various technological and architectural elements and on the development of a new UI/UX provided by Colla Studio with the creative direction of E-photo.

Thanks to the introduction of Shopify Markets, the entire structure of the markets has been renewed, allowing, on the one hand, to optimize and simplify the management of the platform, and on the other to personalize the shop windows, reaching every segment of the public with local currencies and prices.

The platform is online and is maintained and managed by Drop on the following fronts:

• Merchant of records (invoicing, security, collection)

• Advisory & strategy

• Backoffice activities

• Warehouse integration

• Direct management of logistics through the proprietary Drop Sped interface

• Orchestration of master and sales data via Drop's proprietary OMS

• Customer care

• Analytics & Business Intelligence
