Since the start of the collaboration, Drop has supported Framesi with a complete advisory and project management service, guiding the brand in the construction of a unique digital experience, capable of respecting and reinforcing the brand's consolidated identity. Drop also took on the role of Merchant of Record, a key function to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal management of operational flows, thus facilitating smooth and secure direct sales for consumers.

The e-commerce site, developed on Shopify, was designed by Drop with a special focus on the user, offering an interface that reflects the quality and prestige of Framesi products. Every step, from research to purchase, has been designed to be intuitive and engaging, enhancing the quality and attention to detail typical of the brand.

Drop will also take care of the Customer Care service, ensuring a timely and effective response to customers' needs. The exercise will be supported by performance marketing to boost Framesi's online growth on both the conversion and branding fronts. This comprehensive approach has enabled the brand to establish a solid presence in the B2C market, while preserving its strong link with the B2B channel.

Framesi is now looking to the future with a solid and innovative digital platform: an ambitious project to bring customers directly a shopping experience that combines quality, innovation and attention to detail, without forgetting the historic link with the professionals in the sector, who will continue to be a fundamental pillar for the brand.
