Since 2000, Drop has grown thanks to the stories, people and successes achieved, and like the best adventures, overcoming every difficulty along the way. This is who we are today.

Mission and evolution

Drop helps companies develop digital business through B2C and B2B eCommerce, process engineering, online presence, digital marketing, and much more.

Alfredo Celiberti, CEO of the company, tells us: «Looking back, we must say that it has been a truly exciting 25-year journey. We have been fortunate to operate in a sector that changes and evolves every day, offering constant stimulation and adrenaline.
When we started we were a studio of passionate pioneers, today we are a living and strategic part of a group of over 2,000 people (Horsa). Twenty-five years ago we created websites: today, in fact, we give decisive support to companies' business."

The future

Drop is broadening its horizons into new sectors. In addition to fashion, it is working in the pharma, food, beauty, automotive, industrial sectors and beyond. A sectoral expansion is therefore underway.
At the same time, Drop is at the forefront of a commerce scenario that is constantly changing, with constantly growing market expectations. This means working not only on competence, but also on a mindset that involves continuous challenges, tests, experiments and innovation on customer journeys, B2B processes, experiences and Artificial Intelligence.

The importance of sustainability

In Drop, sustainability is culture, a value system spread throughout the company in an organic and natural way, without formal certifications.

«At Drop, we support each other: we have abolished hierarchical logic for years in favor of an organization based on trust, autonomy and "self management". This has created a positive and stable environment, a place where people stay for a long time. Furthermore, we develop sensitivity towards topics such as nature, work-life balance, beauty and satisfaction. Some examples: smart working, freedom in schedules (there is no time card), we manage 240 olive trees, we celebrate our successes with a mid-morning buffet and we sponsor the Sibillini trekking variant with the Va' Sentiero organisation" says Alfredo.

He continues: «Ethics and well-being are at the forefront. For us, before turnover there are people: only in this way can solid and sustainable results be achieved over time. There is not only the customer, but a balance between all the parties involved: colleagues, customer, technology.

Our payoff, created 25 years ago, is "e-business & love!", and continues to perfectly represent our corporate philosophy."
